He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Florence Moore and Albert Moore; his siblings, Lawson, Pee Wee, Albert, Jimmy, Lonnie, Ruby Jackson and Effie Shurtz; his children, Eddie and Cindy Hipskind; his grandsons, Jamie Hipskind and Jaxon Garner; and his great grandchild My'isha Chavers.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Decker of Shepherdsville; his brother David; his half-brother Frankie; his sisters, Clairsie and Judy; his half-sister Maggie; and his children, Tina, Linda, Dawna, Cari and Jack Jr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
