He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Allen and Phyllis Harper-Deck. He is survived by: his wife Mae Allen; his children, Donnetta (John Oisten) and Steve (Tammy Allen); his grandchildren, John (Janet Oisten), Janice (David Thiemann), Taylor (Michael Croslin) and Courtney (Jake Markes); his great grandchildren, Duncan, Jill, John Charles, Isebelle and Julie; and his siblings, Loretta Finchum, Gloria Schick and Ronnie Allen.
