He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mitchell and Laverne Mitchell (Simpson); his aunt Margret; and his uncle Paul Henson. He is survived by: his wife Terri Lynn Mitchell (Rutherford); his daughter Cheyenne White of Tulsa, OK; his sister Natha Waldbaum of Omaha, NE; and his nephews, Matthew, Jerrod and Adam Waldbaum.
