She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Forbis; her stepfather Farrell Sharp; and her brother John Forbis. She is survived by: her mother Lavon Forbis Sharp (Young) of Strang, Oklahoma; her children, Robert Dale Stephenson of Albuquerque and Shae Stephenson of Ketchum, Oklahoma; and her sister Sandra Runnells of Strang, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
