He is survived by: his mother Geraldine DuBois (Miller); his daughter Janelle Annette DuBois of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Charles DuBois (Judy) of Spavinaw and Douglas DuBois (Diana) of Spavinaw, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
