He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Millington and Lieislotte Millington (Rhinehardt); and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his sister Rose Consol; his niece Shanna Consol of North Glenn, Colorado; and his nephew Christopher Consol (Amanda) of Colorado. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
