It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Neely in Sparks, Oklahoma, born in Covina, California, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Elmer and Dessie Mae Neely (Barrett); his wife Barbara Neely; his daughters, Francine (Gary Lewis) and Wanda (Richard Brooks); his great grandchild Gage Prough; and his siblings, Carl Neely, Calvin Neely and Dovona Pennington.
He is survived by: his son Billy Neely (Colette); his grandchildren, Calen, Ciera, Holden and Hazel; and his children, Edna Lewis, David Neely (Robyn) and Johnny Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
