He is survived by: his wife Christine Blackbourn; his daughters, Laura Cunningham of Coffeyville and Tracy Laintz (Adam) of Joplin, Missouri; his granddaughter Layla Laintz; his siblings, Johnny Dodson (Mary) of South Coffeyville, Linda Morrow of Dewey, Carol Cunningham of South Coffeyville and Darrell Cunningham (Lori) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his brother-in-law Wayne Blackbourn (Debbie) of Walnut, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
