He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Barnard (Ruark); and his sister Diane Barnard Ehart. He is survived by: his father James "Jim" Barnard (Susan Tuggle) of South Coffeyville; and his siblings, Cheryl Gillman (John) of Rural Independence and Mike Barnard (Vicki) of Ozark, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close relatives and friends.
