It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lois Downing of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Jo; her parents, Aaron Bluford and Mable Florence Vaughn (Wood); her siblings, Pete and Sissy Hicks; and her daughter Terri Lynn Pugh (Downing).
She is survived by: her significant other Larry Travis Downing; her son Michael Travis Downing; her sister Lydia Mae McGrew (Jack); her grandchildren, Travis Wilburn Pugh (Ashley) of Burbank, OK, Chadric James Pugh (Heather) of Oklahoma City, OK and Richard Joseph Pugh of Tulsa, OK; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Liam of Burbank, Oliver and Tatum. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews along with a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Chapel (312 Broadway Ave, South Coffeyville, OK 74072). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
