He is survived by: his children, John Belty (Deborah) of Bixby, OK, Matt Belty (Mecca) of South Coffeyville, OK, Adam Belty (Tonya) of Collinsville, OK and Lavella Isbell (Jed) of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
