He was predeceased by: his parents, Nute McCurley and Vinnie McCurley (Martha McCurley). He is survived by: his children, David L. "Shorty" McCurley (Kim), Cathe Giannetti (John), Kerry McCurley and Sharon Sadowski; and his stepchildren, Pamela Ward, Genia Leroy, John Tackkett (Sonya) and Sonya Tackkett (Larry Shufelt). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended relatives and many friends.
