Lowrey (Miller); her nephew Jessie Lowrey; her sister-in-law Lisa Lowrey (Phyllis Smith); her husband Harry "Buzzy" Howard; her children, Kristie Blagg (Ken) of South Coffeyville and Timothy Howard (Sharla) of South Coffeyville; her grandsons, Cody Howard (Becca) of South Coffeyville, Colby Howard of South Coffeyville, Dally Ellis of Nowata and Dillon Ellis of Hugo; her great grandchild Carter Wyatt Howard; and her brothers, Jackie Lowrey Jr. (Jim Lowrey) and Harry Howard Sr. (Phyllis). She was also cherished by grandchildren and 4 bonus great grandchildren.
