She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Coy and Maggie Coy (West); her husband William E. Fowler; and her sisters, Carol Jean Stevens and Neoma Porter.
She is survived by: her sisters, Charlotte Coy and Carlene Collier; and her brother-in-law Dwight Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to The Journey Home.
