He was predeceased by: his daughter Roberta Bland Welden; and his great grandchild Heaven Lea Carter Charitable. He is survived by: his wife LaVonne; his children, Joe Bland (Belinda) of Indiahoma, Radie Riddle (Pat) of Sterling and Paula Fisher (John Mark) of Chattanooga; his siblings, Wanda Kay Hicks (Ronnie) of Wichita Falls and Charles Wayne Bland (Jo Ann) of Lake Forest; and his grandchildren, William Andrew Kiser, Tiffany Wolverton, Ronnie Currie, Chris Bland, Bailey Bland, Justin Carter, Ashley Carter, John David Fisher, Sarah Fisher and Tami Morefield. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 5 nephews and numerous cousins.
