He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Ollie Elizabeth Head (McBride); and his siblings, Kenneth Head (Mary Hazel), Theren Head, Margaret Beason (Leroy) and Gwen Killian (Max).
He is survived by: his sons, Donnie Head (Karen) and J. B. Head (Andrea); his grandchildren, Savannah Smith, Matt, Chelsea Glover, Grant, Tristen Head (Lilli), Tennille Head (Skylar Bautista), Ashley Woodall and Draven Smith; his great grandchild Makinze Smith; his sister-in-law Vinita Head; his daughter-in-law Noel Head; and his close friends, Teresa Mills and Sheila Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
