She is survived by: her children, Rick McNeill of Apache, Rod (Carrie McNeill) of Snyder and Gina McNeill of Snyder; her grandchildren, Christi (Scott Franklin) and Rickey McNeill Jr.; her great grandchildren, Preslea Franklin, Luke McNeill, McCartney Franklin and Wyatt McNeill; and her close friend Nancy Brown.
