He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Chris of Altus and Tess Gentry (Ben) of Tulsa; his grandson Eli of Stillwater; his sister Teresa Mills of Snyder; his nieces, Tausha Wilson, Wes Wilson, Kaylon, Jennie Hale, Brandt, Amanda, Johnny Booth, Gavyn, Kenleigh, Ashlyn of Moore, Emily, Darren Stone, Kylee, Anistyn of Snyder, Avary, Richard Reyes and Sophia of Snyder; his mother-in-law Ruthe Kendall of Snyder; his siblings-in-law, Carol Middick of Mountain Park, Leslie Kendall of Cheyenne and Gladys Drews of Snyder; and also, Jessee Middick of Mountain Park and Lou Kendall of Cheyenne. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and treasured friends.
