He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dale Block and Elizabeth Faye Block; his grandparents, Elmer, Velma Lina Block (Stephens), Otis Roy and Dona Lea Poe (Hillard); and his uncle Johnny Max Block.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cali Deann Block of Humble, TX and Avery Lake of Altus, OK; his companion Jenny Stouder; his sisters, Sharon Gee (Rory) of Electra, TX and Karen Johnson (Brent) of El Reno, OK; his nieces, Jami Erskine (Jeremy) of Klein, TX, Jodessa Browning (Shawn) of Jacksboro, TX, Jaci Carter of Wichita Falls, TX and Hunter Johnson of Weatherford, OK; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney Sokora of Brooklyn, NY, Jayton Maxwell of Byers, TX, Eli, Audie Browning of Jacksboro, TX, Cannon, Cash Erskine of Klein, TX, Kayson Wells of Proffitt, TX and Hayslea Shirey of Burkburnett, TX; his aunts, Betty Broadus and Paula Block; and his uncle Richard Poe (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
