He is survived by: his children, Kelly (Tony Franklin) of Wichita Falls, Kevin (Sharon Barker) of Norman and Kent (Annie Barker) of Chickasha; his wife Wyneese Barker of Lawton; his brother Tom Wayne (Jan Barker) of Norman; his grandchildren, Autumn Hegwer (Adam) and Landry Franklin; and his great grandchild Adler Hegwer.
