Blake (Parnell); his wife Charlotte Louise Blake; his daughter Charlotte Gean Going; his siblings, Almon Oscar Blake, Mike Blake, Joyce Bradley and Mabel Edwards; his daughter-in-law Jackie Blake; and his granddaughters, Trish Heifner and Christy Dawn Blake.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Joe Blake (Melissa) of Smithville, Tony Kent Blake of Smithville, Troy Lynn Blake and Sherrie Annette Pollard (Johnny) of Stigler, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Leann Nichols, Austin Nichols, Breanna Dean, Samantha McBroom, Sabrina Scott, Derik Pollard, Tia Pollard, Steven Fisher, Crystal Murphy, Tina Provence, Bodi Blake, Tonya Blake, Troy Blake, Trevor Blake, Devin Scantlin, Tamara Scantlin, Josh Young, Randy Wilson and Colby Westbrook; and his siblings, Richard Blake, Edith Sinyard, Mary Lou Phillips, Donna Smith, Frances Hartley and Anna Stafford. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
