She is survived by: her husband William Caldwell; her sons, Jeremy Caldwell of Smithville, Levi Caldwell (Miranda) of Smithville and Gerard Caldwell (Tara) of Lincoln, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Sarah Wells (Hunter), Jacob Caldwell, Hannah Caldwell, Isaac Caldwell, Bethany Caldwell, Hayden Caldwell, Ashlyn Caldwell, Tayson Caldwell, Hailey Caldwell, Peyton Caldwell and Avery Caldwell; and her siblings, Leslie Charlton, Neil Charlton, Jana Shelton, Opal Wilson (Mark), Tammy Murray (Jimmy) and Joy Charlton.
