She is survived by: her children, Albert Futrell (Alisha) of Smithville and Eddie Bohanan (Paula) of Muse, OK; her siblings, Jerry Bohanan (Dusty) of Smithville, Maxine Umsted of Smithville, Ramona Mollar of Cove, AR and Sue Tait (Dean Thompson); her grandchildren, Melanie Bailey (Tristan), Lanie Futrell, Trevan Futrell, Taitan Futrell, Charity Balzanna (Sean) and Faith Kirt (Justin); her great grandchildren, Weston Webb, Lillian Balzanna, Eli Balzanna, Jordan Balzanna and Adalyn Kirt; and her close friends, Waymond, Ellen Cooper and Indian Baptist Church.
