He is survived by: his parent Marcill Moore Fowler; his children, James Randel Fowler (Jennie) of Smithville and Mindi Cox (Randy); his grandchildren, Justin, Katelyn, Jessie, Tristin, Augustus, Gavin, Joanna, Gage, Kamdynn Kaitlin and Trenten; his siblings, Mark Fowler of Sasakawa, Oklahoma and Velaria Fowler of Smithville; and his children, Teresa Shoults and Regina Shoults of Smithville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
