She is survived by: her husband Tommy Gene Blake of Smithville, Oklahoma; her children, Tommy Joe Blake (Melissa) of Smithville, Tony Kent Blake of Smithville, Troy Lynn Blake (Jackie) of Booneville, Arkansas and Sherrie Annette Pollard (Johnny) of Stigler, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Samantha, Leann, Sabrina, Austin, Steven, Derik, Crystal, Tia, Randy, Tina, Breanna, Bodi, Tonya, Colby, Troy, Trevor, Devin, Josh and Tamara Multiple; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Land of Cove and Savella Marcelle Wilson of Cove, Arkansas. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
