He is survived by: his wife Jamie Phillips of Smithville, Oklahoma; his sons, Harmon (Danielle Phillips) of Tahlequah and Joey Phillips of Pocola, Oklahoma; his stepson Andrew Jones; and his siblings, Johhny Phillips (Donna) of Smithville, Tommy Phillips (Becky) of Smithville, Mona Medders (Scott) of Talihina, Oklahoma, Kerry Phillips (Judy) of Whitesboro and Joel Phillips (Christi) of Mountain View, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends.
