She is survived by: her children, Ronald Joe, Becky Phillips, Katy and Randy Rominger; and her husband McKinley Phillips. She is also survived by 4 siblings, many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends, her seven grandchildren, her 18 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
