It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Jackson Yankee of Skiatook, Oklahoma, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Jean Yankee (Owen) and Joel Yankee. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Yankee; and his children, Dana Raley (Sarah), Joel Yankee (Sarah), Damion Yankee of Ruidoso, Mark Miller (Terresa), Eddie Miller of Tulsa, Shelly Miller (Lindsey) and Firewolf Jeffries (Hilda). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
