He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillips and Irene Phillips; and his brothers, Ray Phillips and Lester Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Earlene Phillips; his children, Kimberly Johnson of Mt. Nebo, WV, David Phillips of Cleveland, OH and Shane Huey of Claremore, OK; his stepsons, Ricky Huey of Norman, AR and Jamie Huey of Glenwood, AR; his grandchildren, Nicole Doenges, Gary James Johnson, Sarah Grace Johnson, Kitoria Johnson, Samantha Huey, Shaylee Huey, Jacob Huey and Tristan Johns; and his siblings, Edward Phillips, William Phillips, Robert Phillips, Michael Phillips and Opal Beckett. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
