He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Steven and Lorrie Sue Douglas (Surveyor); his brother Cheyenne Douglas; his grandparents, Richard Lee Douglas, Virgil Surveyor and Valda Surveyor; and his uncles, David Douglas, Emmit Douglas and Bradley Douglas.
He is survived by: his grandmother Carol Douglas; his siblings, Erica Winters (Aaron), Phill Douglas, Eric Kenrick and Ian Douglas; and his nieces and nephews, Malachi Johnson, Braxton Winters, Nevaeh Johnson, Oakley Winters, Azariah Douglas and Avion Douglas. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
