He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Edward and Effie Mae Withey of Byars, OK.. He is survived by: his son Troy Ray (Trena); his wife Patti Withey; his daughter Portia Johnson; his grandchildren, Christopher Fryar, Carson Withey, Cody Withey (Adrienne) and Audrey Mathis (Mike); his sister Kathy Smith; his cousin Wesley; his nephew Duane Smith (Debbie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin Smith, Blaine Smith (Brooke), Bella and Blakelee; his brother-in-law George Ulfers; and also D'wana Smith.
