He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Ray and Beverly Turner (Holloway); and his brother Scott DeWayne Turner. He is survived by: his wife Paula Kay Smith; his daughters, Katherine Turner and Amanda Turner; and his brother Bob Turner (Vickey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief.
