She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ausmond and Mable Winfred Spaulding; her husband Robert Dale Cook; and her siblings, Jack Spaulding, Ben Miller, Janet Baldwin and Carolyn Boggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Dale Cook II (Debbie) and Dr. Cecil Alan Cook (Jayne); her grandchildren, Stacy Arrington (Joel), Alex Cook and Tianna Cook; and her great grandchildren, Haley Arrington and Corbin Arrington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
