He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlando "Earl" Mehlhoff and Ethel Lucille Mehlhoff (Dickson); and his brothers, James Mehlhoff and Steve Mehlhoff. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Ruth Mehlhoff (Elsey); his children, Ethel Clark and Kevin Clark; and his siblings, Ronnie Mehlhoff, Barbie McCarvel and Debbie Burgess. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
