It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Ray Cowen of Skiatook, Oklahoma, born in Haskell, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Freda J Cowen; his children, Mike Cowen, Rusty Cowen and Michelle Perdue; his grandchildren, Shawna Watts, Dustin Perdue, Taylor Storts and Carsidy Myers; and his great grandchildren, Owen Richardson, Ellie and Dani Storts.
