He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moore Sr. and Edith Moore (Geyer); and his siblings, Lonnie Moore, Carl Moore Jr., Roy Ray Moore and Bonnie Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Moore of Moore, Alesha Frederick (Butch) of Yukon and Lacinda Pearson (Bruce) of Skiatook; and his grandchildren, Justin Frederick, Abbey Frederick, Coby Frederick and Katie Frederick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends.
