He is survived by: his wife Rita Gail Patrick; his children, Aleacia Newby and Justin; his children-in-law, Lane Newby and Tiffany Kainer; his grandchildren, Jesse Newby and Savannah Newby; his siblings, Jim Patrick and Patsy Schippers; and his sister-in-law Margaretta Patrick (Skip Schippers). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
