He is survived by: his wife Win; his children, J. Edward Maddox and Dallas Wayne Maddox; his daughter-in-law Cassandra Maddox; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Jason Maddox, Layne Toska Maddox, Joseph Maddox of Indiana, Harrison Patrick Maddox, Cheyanne Costiloe Maddox, Parker Daniel Maddox and Zoe Skylar Rey Maddox. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
