She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Russell and Nancy Russell (Ross); and her husband Bill Jackson Stegal. She is survived by: her children, Brian Eddie Russell, Tricia Lynn Myers, Russell James Stegall and Michael Todd Stegal; and her brother Jack Russell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
