He is survived by: his son Collin; his siblings, Megan Bethel of Shidler and Zach Bethel of Ponca; his stepmother Jann Bethel; his stepbrother Jeremy Buell of Pilot Point, TX; his niece Harli Crabtree; his nephew Zander Bethel; his aunts, Cindy Falder (Ken) of Pawhuska and Sue Ballard of Bartlesville; and his uncle John Bethel of Burbank. He is also survived by numerous cousins; other relatives and friends.
