She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Louise Duscher (Scott) of Wickenburg, AZ and Michael Hoffman (Linda) of Oregon, IL; and her siblings, Alvin Kitts of Tempe, AZ and Lillian Loper of Queen Creek, AZ.. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren.
