He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lynn Rains of Shawnee, OK; his children, Emmanuel Wayne Rains (Allison) of Shawnee, Trudy Russell of Shawnee and Jackie Peace of Shawnee; and his siblings, Sherry Stone of Prague, John Rains Jr. of Tulsa and Billy Halley of Prague. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many extended family and friends.
