Combs of Missouri, Thomas H. Combs, Jr. of Oklahoma, Tammy D. Bonnell (Brad) of Oklahoma and Amy L. Combs of Missouri; his grandchildren, Justin Combs, Kelly Jackson (Kevin), Kristy Darby (Matthew), Quentin Biddy (Stacey), Richard Biddy (Sarah), Jason Snook, Benjamin Snook (Brittnay), Aaron Bonnell, Caleb Bonnell, Jacob Bonnell and Hunter Johnson (Jesika); his great grandchildren, Blu, Nickolas, Jewel, Alexander, Abigail, Emmellen, Peter, Grace, Austin, Kole, Tucker, Kale, Charlotte, Grainger, Gatlyn, Brooke, Addison and Hayzle; and his great great grandchild Rilee.
