She is survived by: her husband Melvin O'Guinn; her children, James Toles of Wewoka, OK and Na'Tika O'Guinn of Shawnee, OK; her grandchildren, Cortney Prince, Chris Jones, Jasmine Toles, Diontre O'Guinn, Airess Martinez, Allegra Sloan, Anthony O'Guinn, Ta'Sean Hishaw and Jayden Jones; her great grandchildren, Maliah Prince, Kyrie O'Guinn, Mario Prince Jr. and Greysen Martinez; her mother-in-law Thirkield O'Guinn; her nephews, Mike O'Guinn, Lance O'Guinn, Eugene Carter Jr. and Tim Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Cleophus, Edie O'Guinn and Barbara Philips. She is also survived by loving extended family and friends.
