He is survived by: his daughters, Jaime Johnston and Jen Collins (Arlin); his stepchildren, Michael Fields, Kevin Fields (Cherrie) and Kristy Oldham; his grandchildren, Ariel Teague (Logan), Caitlyn Lauver and Railyn Collins; his stepgrandchildren, Spencer Oldham and Mikayla Oldham; his siblings, Glenn Johnston and Christine Heckerman; and his close friend Melanie Boyd.
