He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Canham and Goldie Alice Canham (Sweet); his wife Shirley W. Canham; and his brothers, Walter Canham, Burton "Burt" Canham and Robert "Bob" Canham.
He is survived by: his children, Randolph Canham (Vickie) of Kentucky, Andy Canham (Jeanette) of Tennessee and Susan Canham of Oklahoma; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Canham of Oklahoma and Janie Smith of Virginia. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
