He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Martin and Rosa Fogle (Collier); his wife Dee Ann Fogle; his son Marshal Wayne Fogle; and his nephew Jason Johnson.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Johnson (Danny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
