He is survived by: his former wife Murna Lack; his children, Erin (James Meyers), Jody Blackwell, Jeremy (Lyndsey Lack), Danielle Lack and Jennifer King; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Tara, Jalee, Addy, Cooper, Ella, Kalani, Malachi, Karmin, Kashtin, Nash and Bentley; his sisters, Cheryl Lack, Teresa Hall and Lynn Lack; and his cousin Mike Turman. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
