With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis J. Rigney of Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Robbins and Jane Robbins (Goss); and her brother Michael Childers. She is survived by: her husband Steve Rigney; her children, Wayne Manley of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Megan; her son-in-law Neil Bradford of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandchildren, Gwendalynn Manley, Liam Manley, Bishop Manley, Emily Bradford, Elizabeth Bradford and Evelyn Bradford; and her siblings, Vicki Bertram of Smyrna, Sandra Harrison of Oklahoma City and John L. Robbins of Yukon, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous step siblings, half siblings, nieces, and nephews.
