She is survived by: her children, Cecil Billard (Jonathan) of Houston, Marcus Perry (Jessica) of Holdenville and Michael James of Holdenville; and her sisters, Patricia Newbill of San Jose, CA and Pamela Gordon of Holdenville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
